ThirtyOneCranberries - 15 years supporting butterflies and a healthier planet.  Why the name and where are the cranberries? There has not been a mention of cranberries since the first three years in which I registered as a non-profit organization simply to educate others about the importance of eating healthy foods, making healthy food decisions, and following up one's health concerns.

Personally, I missed a few health check-ups and as a result I was diagnosed with elevated blood pressure and cholesterol issues.  Thirty-one days later, after dropping sugar and sodium from my diet, and taking a break from social drinking, my blood pressure and bad cholesterol levels changed drastically.

You must change to bring about change. I made a lifestyle change thereafter that has benefited me tremendously.  That is where the phrase or brand, ''see the difference, feel the difference, and live the difference " comes from. "We're eating healthier is living healthier" is also a part of the brand. Finally, I have added, " for a healthier planet I know is possible
" for all of us because there is an increase in disasters globally.

The butterfly you see as a part of our logo and on the shirts a wear depicts change and transformation, a willingness to mindfully make healthier choices despite one's medical, economical, or environmental challenges to persevere.
